With filesharer, we offer you an Internet search engine that has made the protection of your privacy and the security of your data its guiding principle. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required by law. Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services. How do we use the information we collect?
We request registration in order to provide you with the services offered on the Site, including image hosting and sharing. Such information maybe is displayed to other users in your User Profile. The User Profile is where you may choose to tell other Filesharer users about yourself. You may control what personal information is displayed in your User Profile by visiting the Profile Settings section of your User Profile. Much like other online social networks, Filesharer allows non-followers to browse your profile and images if you chose to set your privacy setting to Public.

All information provided by you to Filesharer is strictly confidential and we will almost never release any personal information about you without your permission. However, Filesharer reserves the right to release your information if you have violated the FileLu Terms of Service, or if the information is subpoenaed, in order to protect the safety of Filesharer or Site users.

Cookies:

The Company, like the vast majority of websites, uses cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer’s hard drive which identify you as a User when you log into the Platform. They allow, amongst other things, to track the connection and use statistics of the Platform (Google Analytics). As a User of the Platform, you are required to comply with, in addition to legal and regulatory obligations, the obligations arising from this Privacy Policy and the General Conditions of Use of the Platform.

In order to protect minors, the User must have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity.

The Company reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace the provisions of this Privacy Policy. In the event of a significant change, the Company undertakes to post, on the Platform, a notification relating to the modification of the Privacy Policy.
